TERMS OF USE
Effective date: 2026-02-14
Website: battlecraft.eu
1. Scope
These Terms of Use apply to the website battlecraft.eu (“Website”) and all related features, including (but not limited to) user accounts, profiles, forum, blog/news, comments, private messages, support tickets (including uploads), and the shop.
The Website is operated by Edis Schmuck and Jan Heinrich (“we”, “us”).
2. Purpose and services
The Website supports the BattleCraft Minecraft server, community, shop, and support.
We may change, extend, restrict or discontinue any part of the Website at any time (e.g., maintenance, security, technical reasons).
3. User accounts and security
Some features require an account (e.g., forum, tickets, shop).
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
You must not:
- create accounts using bots/automation,
- attempt to bypass restrictions or bans,
- exploit or misuse the Website or its systems.
We may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of abuse, security risks, or rule violations.
4. Community conduct and moderation
You must comply with applicable laws and our rules while using community features (forum, comments, tickets, messages).
Prohibited behavior includes (non-exhaustive):
- harassment, hate, threats, or illegal content,
- spam and disruptive behavior,
- fraud/scams or unauthorized advertising,
- publishing personal data of others without permission,
- exploiting or attempting to manipulate Website features or services.
We may moderate content and take actions such as removing content, issuing warnings, restricting features, or suspending accounts. There is no entitlement to keep content published.
5. User-generated content and uploads
You may submit content (text, images, files such as logs/screenshots in tickets).
You confirm you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not violate third-party rights.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to store, display, and process your content for operating and providing the Website (e.g., displaying forum posts, handling tickets).
6. Shop, digital goods, delivery, and refunds
The shop is available through our platform (LeaderOS), and checkout/payment processing is handled via Tebex.
Digital goods (e.g., Gems, ranks, crates) are provided for use on the BattleCraft Minecraft server only.
They have no real-world monetary value, are generally non-transferable, and may be adjusted for balancing, security, or technical reasons.
Delivery is typically automated in-game.
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Fraudulent chargebacks or abusive behavior may result in account restrictions and removal of benefits.
For EU/EEA consumers: For digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire once delivery begins if the customer expressly agrees that performance starts before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledges the loss of the withdrawal right (where applicable in the checkout flow).
7. Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation (e.g., maintenance, DDoS, technical issues).
To the extent permitted by law:
- We are liable for intent and gross negligence.
- For minor negligence, we are liable only for essential contractual obligations and only for foreseeable, typical damages.
8. External services and links
The Website may link to or integrate external services (e.g., Discord links, server status, payment providers).
External providers are responsible for their own content and policies.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as necessary (e.g., legal changes, new features). The version on the Website is the current version.
10. Governing law
German law applies, to the extent permitted. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
