Hello BattleCraft Community,
a new GTA season is coming — and this time, you decided the theme.
In our Discord vote, the community chose NUKE as the theme for the upcoming season.
With the new season, GTA receives several changes based on community feedback, returning features from the past, new seasonal weapons and the comeback of a very special map from 2016.

So everybody knows exactly when the new season begins.
🗺️ A Map from 2016 Returns
With the new season, an old GTA map from 2016 returns.
Some longtime players may still remember it, while newer players will get the chance to experience a piece of BattleCraft history for the first time.
We wanted this season to bring back some of the old GTA feeling while still adding new content and improvements.
🔫 Weapon Upgrades Return
Another feature from the past is making its return with the new GTA season: Weapon Upgrades.
The system already existed in earlier GTA versions and was one of the features players asked us to bring back.
With Weapon Upgrades, selected weapons can be improved and made stronger.
For upgrades, you will need:
- Upgrade Coins
- Golden Upgrade Coins
These coins can be used at the WeaponUpgrades NPC to upgrade certain weapons.
The return of this system gives players another way to improve their equipment and brings back another familiar part of the old GTA experience.
🕶️ Black Market Rework
The Black Market is also receiving an update.
Previously, it was always located in the same place and was simply available during the weekend.
From now on, the Black Market will:
- only appear on weekends
- no longer have a fixed location
- appear at random locations
- offer a limited selection of items
This means that finding the Black Market will now become part of the experience.
Not every offer will always be available either, so it can be worth checking what the Black Market has in stock each weekend.
💰 Seller Update
The Seller is also receiving an update based on community feedback.
Players asked for more collected items to be sellable, so the available selection has been expanded.
More items can now be sold for ingame money, giving previously less useful loot another purpose.
🛠️ Repairs for Everyone
Another requested change affects repairing equipment.
With the new season, players without a rank will also be able to repair their items.
The repair system can be found in the Armor Shop.
Players can choose between:
- repairing the item currently held in their hand
- repairing all repairable items in their inventory
Repairs will cost ingame dollars.
This means that repairing equipment will now be available to everyone, regardless of rank.
🔥 New Seasonal Weapons
The NUKE season also introduces new season-related weapons.
These weapons are part of the new season and expand the available equipment with additional options.
We are not going to reveal everything in advance though — some of the new weapons are meant to be discovered ingame.

A large part of this update is based directly on feedback and wishes from the GTA community.
