Hello BattleCraft Community,
we are excited to announce a big update coming to the BattleCraft network.
On July 3, 2026 at 20:00 CEST, several new additions will go live at the same time. This update brings a new main mode, a new MiniGame, additional version support, and more ways to play together with friends and the community.
After a lot of preparation, testing, and improvements, we are now ready to share what is coming next.
New Additions
GTA 1.8.8
GTA will be released for Minecraft 1.8.8.
This mode is not based on regular Minecraft sword PvP. Instead, GTA brings weapon-based combat, action-packed fights, level progression, weapon leveling, special weapon attributes, and a dangerous city-style gameplay experience to BattleCraft.
Players can explore the map, fight other players, progress through levels, improve their weapons, and unlock new possibilities while playing. Some weapons can have special attributes, including chances to receive specific drops after defeating other players.
Once players reach Level 20, they can unlock their own base with personal storage and different farms that can generate passive income over time.

SkyWars 1.8.8 and 1.21.11
SkyWars will be released for both Minecraft 1.8.8 and Minecraft 1.21.11.
SkyWars is a classic floating-island MiniGame where players collect loot, prepare themselves with weapons, armor, blocks, and useful items, and fight until only one player or one team remains.
The mode can be played solo or as a duo. It also includes kits and bot support, allowing rounds to stay active even when fewer real players are available.
SkyWars brings fast rounds, different strategies, and classic last-player-standing gameplay to BattleCraft.

BedWars 1.21.11
BedWars is already available on BattleCraft for Minecraft 1.8.8.
With this update, we are expanding BedWars by adding support for Minecraft 1.21.11. This allows even more players to enjoy BedWars on the version they prefer while keeping the familiar BedWars experience that players already know from BattleCraft.
